VIVIENNE WESTWOOD & MALCOLM MCLAREN ICONIC "COWBOYS" SEX T-SHIRT 1975
Resurrection is proud to present an original "Cowboys" t-shirt from Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren's "SEX" collection, dating back to around 1975. The graphic on the t-shirt, created by American artist Jim French, dates to approximately 1969. The garment is labeled "Sex Original 430 Kings Road Chelsea" and is made from a sleeveless, off-white ribbed jersey knit, featuring exterior seams and printed in hues ranging from blue to purple. The additional text is attributed to Malcolm McLaren. Sid Vicious famously wore this design in photos by Dennis Morris.
